I have three young kids, 5, 3, and 15 months. I have a very well trained German Shepherd (2 years)and a Australian Shepherd puppy (3 months.) I have taught the GSD to fetch a juice box out of the fridge, find the kids favorite stuffed toy before bed, and go get the kids socks. I am wondering what else I could train them. The aussie puppy is already picking up on the stuffed toy thing. If you have any ideas please include how to train them.
Suggestion:
Open doors, open refrigerator, tuck kids into bed, turn on lights. etc lots of good ideas on the internet.

Or you could make your kids start doing things for thselves.
